I'm feeling extremely stuck. I just tried to login to my Jira account for the first time in a while and realized I don't have admin permissions on my site. I'm the only user on the site and own the domain registered...this has been a site only for my own use.
So, I went to the support page to get help and now the support page doesn't recognize my Cloud URL...so, am I just stuck at this point? I don't know where else to go.
The reason the support page isn't recognising your Cloud URL is likely because the site was deactivated due to inactivity. Atlassian automatically deactivates free-tier Cloud sites after a period of no logins . It would be better to contact support to resolve the issue
That makes sense to me...but it doesn't seem like I can even contact support without a proper cloud URL?

I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with admin rights on your site. It sounds like your site may have been deactivated due to inactivity, as @Ajay _view26_ mentioned.
Because this involves your specific account and billing details, we need to move this to a secure environment where our Billing and Account teams can verify your information and assist with reactivation. For security reasons, we cannot handle these details here in the public forum.
Next Steps:
Our support team will be able to look into the status of your subscription and help you resolve any outstanding issues immediately.
Kind regards,
Violeta
