Hi,
Can some will help me out under the Service Request can i put multiple Request types.
which means Issue type=Service Request
Request Type = Change Management
Problem Management
Release Management
Service Catalog etc..
Different Request type has different workflows and different schemas different notifications etc..
Please help me out if it possible ?

You can turn on different work categories:
These categories can then have multiple queues. As far I know, you can't create new work categories.
If work categories are not suitable then just make more queues for selected work category.
