Hi,

I want to Restrict the user to modify the Parent ticket Status(Change request)  in Jira Service Management.

once i will close all the Subtasks which are associated with the Parent task(Change request) then only option get to close the Parent ticket.

Can we implement the same in Jira Service Management.

You could use the Sub-task blocking condition in your workflow transition. This allows you to make sure all sub-tasks are closed before the parent issue can move past a certain point in your workflow (which in your case would be where the user would be able to close out Change Request once subtasks are closed).
