Hi,

Can some one will help me out I want to create a New workflow for one Service Request which is Access Request and i want to assign the same workflow to my project.

Please help me out on the same.

Hi Screenadh,

I would copy the workflow you are using now, then modify the new workflow to be what you want. 

Then add the new workflow to the Workflow Scheme used by the project. In the process of adding the workflow, you can choose which Issue Types it applies to.

Hi Sreenadh, I would recommend going through the free training provided by Atlassian.

Creating a new workflow is one of the first thing a Jira Admin will do as part of its job.

It seams to me that you are a Jira admin and since you are asking this question, I assume you are lacking other basic jira admin knowledge that will be necessary.
