Can some one will help me on change request i can see only Mandatory fields in the form.

I can see only mandatory fields in the form for Change request form is visible.

Please find the screenshot

But i want to see in the form Non mandatory fields as well.

if add at that time i can see if i logout and login then i can see only mandatory fields.

Please help me out on the same.

I am not able to replicate your issue. If I select fields, log out, then log back in and try to create an issue the fields I selected are still selected.

The field selection is not project specific, though. If you select fields, then create an issue in a different project and change the fields you have selected, then the last set of fields you have selected will be applied going forward for each issue you create.

Can you tell us the exact steps you are executing and all the buttons you are clicking so that we can try to replicate your issue?
