Can one more two-step verification smartphone be used for one Jira account?

For some reason, I plan to use two smartphones, one iPhone and one Andriod Phone, as my 2FA with the APP "DUO."

The current 2FA smartphone is an iPhone, so how do you add an Android phone as the second 2FA phone?

Take the following steps.

1. Log in to your Atlassian account: Go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security.
2. Manage two-step verification: Find and select "Manage two-step verification".
3. Follow the on-screen instructions: You'll be guided through adding a new phone number and setting up 2FA for it.

Yes, it can switch to use the 2nd phone. 

2FA does not allow using two phones simultaneously, which should be a security concern.
