I want to move the entire queue from JIRA service management to JIRA software. Please let me know if there is a way to do so.

@Pooja Sree

Are you saying you want to move all the tickets in a queue to a different project? Or that you want to you want to create the same queue in a different project?

Thanks,

Kian

That shouldn't be too hard. You should write a JQL filter that matches what is in your Queue.

Once you have that written, use the bulk change feature to move all the tickets into the project/issue type you want.

Thanks,

Kian

Just to add to @Kian Stack Mumo Systems answer, when you are in the queue with the requests/issues that you want to move, just click on the Open in issue navigator icon up in the right-hand corner. From there you can do the bulk move.
