Can i create a version 1.1 of a form?

In my company we use forms to calculate productivity, whe have forms for D+1, D+2... but when a person needs to fill a form in the same day it is not accounted because the 2 forms has the same name.
Can i create a version 1.1, 1.2... of this form?
We use a plugin to conect the information directly to the POWER BI, so when this data is manipulated on POWER BI just contabilize one form, because of his name.
