Can I set a custom field bounded to a Request type

I would like to set a custom field (drop down list) which content depends on the request type selected. Is it posible to do this?

No, select lists cannot be configured to show different data based on the request type. The context can only be configured by project. You could probably do it with an app, the one that comes to mind is Elements Connect and use an external database and configure it to populate the select list based on the request type. There might be other apps that would allow you to do this too.
