I'd like our customers ( a couple of them ) to access Confluence in JSM, is there such possibility or only internal jira users can access confluence?

Hi @Vera Valshonok

As suggested by @John Funk, using the guest license feature is a great workaround.

If you're interested in exploring apps from the marketplace, you might want to check out our app, Share Confluence with External Users. It can perfectly meet your needs!

Hi Vera,

Confluence is a separate product and has it's own licensing. So the quick answer is yes you can, but it will cost additional money. However, there is a guest license that can be used for a user - it is limited to viewing just one Space.
