Can I have access to Jira Software and Jira Work Management at the same time?

I create a project in Jira Work Management with my company email, and when somebody give me access to some Portfolio and projects in Jira Software  now I cant access to my project in Jira Work Management. 

Does anybody know why?

are you using two different Atlassian accounts? if so that would explain it.
