Hi.

I want to customize the name of the ticket in Jira Service Management.

Is it possible?

If someone knows, please tell me.

Thanks.

Hi @中込 晴菜

Yes you can change the request type name:

  • Go to project > project settings
  • Locate and click request types
  • Find your request type and click it
  • Edit the name and hit save

If you are working on Team Managed Projects, check out this documentation https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-request-types-in-team-managed-projects/
