I need to move or change the order for SLA'?,  Is this possible?

Currently these are displayed from last to first

are you referring to the main list of defined SLA? This is not sortable.
But please do let us know if you were referring to a different view!

If you needed to change the order of SLA's then you would need to delete and re-enter them @Daniel Ebers
