Can I change linked issues screen?

I want to add new fields on the linked issue screen, but i cant find a way to do it on jsm.

I notice this feature is possible on a software project, is there a way to activate it on jsm?

This is the JSM project, and the configure fields is being shown. In your software project, are you the project administrator?
