Hi team,
I have different types of requests on JSM. What I would like to do is, to carry over information from Request Type A to Request Type B when a field is triggered.
The triggering part is working perfectly fine. Which creates a new request under the same name from Request Type A in Request Type B.
What I am having trouble with is carrying over all the details from a ticket found in Request Type A to Request Type B.

Hi @Erica , in your automation it doesn't appear that you have selected to copy the field from trigger issue. As you can see it shows "This field will be cleared". If you click on the ellipses to the right of each field you can select COPY.
