É possível cadastrar Feriado no Jira Service Management?

Se sim, como consigo fazer essa "exceção" pra não contar o SLA.

Hi @alexandre_albaracin_srmasset_com welcome to the community!  If you go into your Project Settings for JSM, you should see a menu item in the Left Sidebar called 'SLAs'. Click on it, when that opens, make a note of the Calendar you are using for your Time Goals. That's the calendar you'll need to modify in the next step. You should see a calendar icon in the upper right corner, click on that. That should show you the calendars in use by your system.  Select the three dots next to the calendar you want to edit, and select 'Edit'. 

Then you can scroll down to the bottom of that window and in the Holidays section, add the holidays you'd like to exclude.  You can import them if you'd prefer.
