CSV import error

We have recently migrated over from JIRA server to JIRA cloud, and an import from CSV function that we used to build tickets with now no longer works as the descriptions get all messed up.

Here is an example of what we are trying to import from the CSV file:

however, when the import process completes, the description is just an exact replica, rather than creating tables etc.

Can anyone help me?
