I have enabled Language Support function and added Danish and Swedish while English being the primary language, so 3 languages total.
I have also written translations for the CSAT question in both Danish and Swedish.
When I receive a support ticket from a customer Jira automatically detects the language correctly, but when the ticket is marked as resolved and Jira sends out the CSAT report, then the language of the CSAT question and the star ratings are in English, even though it registered the language of the ticket as Danish.
Is this a bug?
This might be based on the customer's language settings.

Otherwise it might be defaulting to the default language (which I assume is English?)
