¿Puedes acceder a https://admin.atlassian.com?
¿Puedes entonces seleccionar Directorio y ver una lista de usuarios?
Haga clic en el usuario al que desea eliminar el acceso.
Luego haga clic en el botón... en la esquina superior derecha y seleccione Eliminar usuario.
Aparecerá una ventana emergente que le pedirá que confirme que desea eliminar al usuario.

Can you access https://admin.atlassian.com?
Can you then select Directory and see a list of users?
Click on the user for whom you want to remove access.
Then click on the ... button in the upper right corner and select Remove User.
You will get a pop-up asking you to confirm that you want to remove the user.
