I'm want to bulk upload images and updates of status to already created tickets - can this be done?
We are using the bulk upload template to create tasks in JSM under a activity request type, (expecting to have about 6,000 ish tickets) however also looking to give the work to a vendor, who currently doesn't use JSM, so i would like them update a csv doc with images (only 2 per ticket) and have the status updated to resolve and then would like to upload that and have all of my tickets updated.
Is this possible, if so - how ? is it as easy as another column with the information?
