Built a Jira Service Management app to bulk manage Request Participants without scripts

Hi everyone,

I built Bulk Participants for JSM to solve a problem I kept seeing with Jira Service Management administration: updating Request Participants across many requests can become repetitive and error-prone.

The app lets Jira Service Management administrators:

• Find requests using JQL or pasted issue keys
• Review the exact request set before making changes
• Add, remove, or replace Request Participants in bulk
• Preview changes before applying them
• Review operation history and outcomes afterward

The goal was to provide a safer alternative to temporary scripts or manual ticket-by-ticket updates.

The app runs entirely on Atlassian Forge and does not use an external backend or external database.
