Browse Issues Permission for Reporters and Participants

I would like to grant Browse Issues permissions to our reporters and request participants without giving them access to browse the entire project. I dont see Browse Issues as an option - is that available? If so can someone tell me how to set that up? Thanks!

You can use the Browse projects for that. The title of this permission is a bit confusing, but the behavior is what you're looking for. If you assign the Browse Projects permission to Reporter and Participants they will be able to:

1. Find and access the project itself
2. View the issue to which they are reporter or participant

They will NOT be able to see all other issues on which they are NOT the reporter nor a participant.

So the name of the permission in the permission scheme is a bit misleading, but it is what you're looking for.
