I Have a Problem
In Protocoll Contact with Customer, i have Many users which Shouldnt landed There with Notification - Email Adress this User are in Blocklist, but, in Project Settings, theres Almost no One, and none of This Users are Blacklisted.
Can Someone Clarify my, if Administrator Portal (There where you Managing Licenses) have its own Specific Blocklist, and how Unblock this Users ?
Jira admins are able to administer their blacklist.

How i Said, there´s none Emails in The Blocklist in Project Settings.
Looks like Mailhändler Block on Themself. (Without Reason, maybe after Passwort Change from user)
