However, when this email is included in a thread, a new issue is created with every reply in the thread. How can I block the creation of issues for replies in email threads? I noticed there is an option to create a block list, but it only allows the inclusion of specific emails or domains. In my case, I would need to create a rule to block emails with subjects that contain "RE:", for example.
