Is it possible to stop Jira Service Management from sending notification emails to particular domains? We have customers sending out generic notifications to both us and our competitor simultaneously via email, and when we work on the tickets that are created from these emails, the notification settings mean that our competitor is being notified when we update the ticket.
Note that we have added the competitor's email domain to the Blocklist (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/manage-your-blocklist/) - it just isn't clear if this is sufficient to prevent notifications as well (it only mentions ignoring tickets created from that domain).
