What is the best reporting tool that will produce very good Dashboards that provide the following
1. Detailed widgets for Incident, Request, Problem and Change various reports around SLA, Breaches, Alerts etc..
2. Multiple pivot levels, not just the two levels
3. Report on Incidents, Requests Opened/Closed in the month by multiple resolvers
2. Assets, dashboards that enables the creation of various Objects within the Asset Schema
etc..

The Jira native dashboard gadgets do not provide these functionalities.
If you’re open to installing a plugin from the Atlassian Marketplace, a good option would be our Great Gadgets app.
It provides all you need for tracking SLA or breaches, as well as multi-field pivot tables that allows you to create all kind of stats about your teams. These gadgets support asset fields and other fields specific to JSM.
Here are just a few examples:
Control Chart gadget showing Average SLA & Breaches. Clicking an issue in the plot chart allows seeing all details of that issue.
Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget - can display pivot table & pivot charts by multiple fields. This is just a simple example of a pivot table with data split by 3 fields: Request type, Project and Priority.

had a look at the app and the graphs and what it can do looks great, what I cant tell is if they have dynamic filtering on them ?

Out of the box dashboards can help with #1. I'm not sure there's a one tool that handles all these. You might want to check EzBI and rich filters. They provide enhance capabilities to provide more detail reporting in those areas.

You can install trials and play with them on cloud sandbox. Hands-on would be best to not only vet out the solution but to also to see the ease of use. when a tool is too complicated, it becomes difficult to onboard a team or organization.
