Hi, we have the same service in different regions in the word, there ae independent service so we can have a failure in one region but not the other. The code is the same and the version also is the same.
What is the best practice in ITSM, do we need to have 1 service and a custom field for region or the create a service for each region.

For the given scenario, it would be optimal to have a custom field that would document the region rather than creating a service for each region.
Even for reporting or analytical purposes, the custom field would come in handy.
