I wonder if this has been reported previously
In our Jira Cloud, we have installed some custom apps (there is one forge app, and one Atlassian connect app. These apps are available in both Jira and Jira Service Management products.
Apps appear in sidebar menu.
In Jira service management:
When I clicked that menu item - app is getting rendered.
Once the app is rendered, if I full refresh the browser window (f5 in windows), some of the sidebar menu items disappear, namely queues, and a few other ones.
This behaviour is not present in Jira, and refreshing the Jira screen, does not remove any menu items.
Any suggestions?
Please refer to the screenshot below, where all the JSM related menus have disappeared.
