Whenever tickets from Azure alert automated through APIs with assignee groups assigned, when comes to Jira, users inside the assignee groups are not getting email notifications
Welcome to the community. Have to try to add your Assignment Group to your JSM project's notification scheme for Issue Createc event?
I assumed that your "assignee group" is defined in the JSM site..

Assignment groups have been added, but whenever alerts come from Azure to Jira, default assignee groups which already assigned in Azure, This assignee groups not getting emails notifications. Hope u got what I'm trying to say.
