Azure B2C as an identity provider

Hi,

I wonder if anyone has successfully setup Azure B2C as an identity provider? If so, how did you do that? Currently I'm trying to migrate from jira-server to Jira cloud and the problem is we have 2 different azure tenants need to have access to the same jira organization. 

I know, jira-enterprise subscription provides multiple IDP setup, but since I have jira-standard subscription, it's not possible to setup the second IDP.
