Automation

Hi All.

I have a status called "Not-Actionable"

I would like to get a notification if an issue has been in a the "Not-Actionable" status for more than 48 hours.

How would I go about achieving this using automation?.

Your assistance would be highly appreciated.

Hi @Andile Luvuno - You'll want to do something like this:

  • TRIGGER: Scheduled (Daily)
    • status = "Not-Actionable" AND status changed BEFORE startOfDay(-2)
  • Your desired action of choice (comment, email, chat)

You can also just create a filter subscription using that same query.
