I had created an automation that converts all the service requests created by email form specific sources to incidents.
The rule was executing successfully but suddenly starting to fail. In the audit logs I see the below error:
The most likely problem is that someone has reconfigured your issue types so that they are no longer compatible (or, possibly, given the message, removed the issue type from your project)
Why do you not just change the incoming email setup so that it creates incidents instead of the wrong issue type?
we use the email integration for service requests. But in some situations some systems are sending targeted alerts to us and they also arrive via emails. So I created an automation to move them as an Incident.
