{{object. Jira User}} and {{object.Name}}. 

Yet logs make me a success, I don't understand

Could you please explain your request in more detail?
Is there an asset field on the ticket through which you want to retrieve an object from Assets?
Could you send screenshots?

Have you added the log action to check what value you are getting?

Do that and check if the smart value used is bringing the value you need.
