Hi,
When trying to change a Form (under project settings) the action cannot be executed due to :
"This service project has configuration problems and may not work as expected.
View error details and repair the problem"
When trying to change the user linked to the automation rules I cannot see another user to select, even as an organisation & site admin.
How can I execute this action?
Hello @Michael Schrevens
When you say that the automation rule is linked to a deleted account, do you mean the Actor for the rule is set to a deleted account? Or are you looking a the use of the user account within a step in a rule?
Exactly how are you trying to change the user?
You should be able to follow the instructions here to transfer rules from one user to another:
Side note: when I have gotten the error message you mentioned it has been due to problems with the Permission scheme. Have you checked that to make sure there aren't any settings that are odd for a Service Management project?
In the error message pop up what do you get when you click the View error details link? Is that when you get the "Choose another user" pop-up shown in the same screen image?
Have you tried @John Funk 's suggestion of starting to type in the name of another valid user into that field?

Hi Michael - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I have seen that a few times in the past week. It seems to be related to Legacy Automations for the project. When you go to where the person's name is, can you just start typing someone and another name comes up? The dropdown won't list anyone.

Hi Trudy,
The actor of the rule is set to a deleted account.
When selecting the deleted user I cannot select another user to set the automation rule to.
And when trying to transfer the rules I cannot find the deleted user (which seems logical to me since it's deleted).
In the "find user" I cannot find the deleted user. I did not include the dropdown for privacy reasons.
What should the next action be?
