Automation rule when security level changes

Hello,

I am trying to create a rule that sends an email when security level field changes to a specific value (string)

However, in issue fields condition the field security level does not appear.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Thank you in advance

Hi @Aggeliki K

Can you send us a screenshot of the automation you've set up so far?

In my instance, I can see the security level:

Does the actor of the rule have access to the security level?

Maybe you don't have access to the field? or the actor doesn't have access to it.

Check that your user or group or actor has been added to the security level.

Regards

Hello @Aaron Pavez _ServiceRocket_ ,

Sorry for my late response,

You are right, The automation does show the security level.

My problem was at the smart values condition where I could not find the right value for the security level in the 'First value' field. Finally I filled it with

{{issue.security.name}}, as shown below, and the rule works fine

Thank you for your time.
