Automation rule for A linked issue is transitioned from server to cloud

I'm currently in the middle of testing a migration and after running JCMA I noticed my automation rules were not migrated over.

One automation rule I have uses 

When: A linked issue is transitioned

However I don't see this on the cloud version.

Is there a similar rule that will provide the same functionality as I currently have on the server?

You will want to do something like this:

1) WHEN: Issue is transitioned 

2) FOR: Linked issues with the specific link

3) Do something with this linked issue

I completely missed the Legacy automation section. I see it still has those rules available! :O
