Automation of exporting CMDB data

Is it possible to automatically export data from the CMDB, then email, and schedule this nightly once created?

I assume you are referring to the "Atlassian Assets" schemas, correct?
There is no default way to have it exported and scheduled.

I would suggest creating a report using Atlassian Analytics, which is a powerful BI tool and allows you to create customized reports and send them over on a scheduled basis.
