Automation of a field type date time picker

Good evening
I have a question, I am doing an automation where when the time is indicated in a date and time selector field, it is automatically assigned to the person who was not previously assigned, but this person does not perform the action and I would like to know why.

Welcome to the community.  Can you clarify your statement of "this person does not perform the action and I would like to know why"?

In general, every automation rule is associated with the rule actor where you can in the Rule Details UI -

Are you asking why the person who was assigned to the issue are not reflected as the rule actor which the day/time field is populated?

Good afternoon Joseph Chung Yin, thank you very much for answering me. It seems to me that I expressed myself wrong, my problem is that I want to carry out an automation where, when the hour that is added in the Scheduled F/H field, which is of the Date Time Picker type, is fulfilled, it is automatically assigned to the person who had previously assigned it.
