On our JSM site, we assign service requests to a custom "Assignment Group" group picker field, mostly because of the automation options available with group fields. With the official system Team field being expanded recently and at least somewhat available in automation now, I would like to shift to using this field as Teams are more visible to the average user as to who is in them, where they work, service ownership, etc.
However, the automation still seems a bit limited, and I cannot set a default team on service requests. Is there a way in automation to set a team based on the group name without having to if/else every group like "If group = Service Desk then Team = Service Desk, else..."?
An alternative to the if / else condition block may be using a Lookup Table for the mapping of values.

I think I have run into the same issue in the past and the workaround I utilize is to use look up tables or the advanced condition branching.
