Automation duplicate environemnt per coutnry dows not work.

Given: automations for duplication of the tasks according to the country end environment from the Master Request.

When the ticket is created sometimes a person sometimes adds all the environments and all the countries into the ticket and we need duplicated of all of it, but some duplicates work and some don't.

Automation log is hard to check as the ticket is not new.

What can be a reason for such a bug?

When asking for assistance with an automation rule that is not working as expected we need you to provide the following:

1. Screen images showing the details of the complete automation rule.

2. The details of the Audit Log for an execution of the rule where the results did not match your expectations.

3. The details for exactly how the results didn't match your expectations.
