Hello everyone,
I've my automation that cannot deliver the emails.
Looking at the audit log, it says that the email has been sent successfully.
But none of the recipient received the email.
Right now this problem caused all my integrations with different platform to stop working.
Do you know if there's any issue on your side/infrastructure?

Hi @Riccardo Bellitto ,
As per you; you did a test and nothing is getting delivered? Checked spam as well?
Do you have your mailbox sending mail than JIRA default automation mail system?
If nothing is working - best would be to raise support ticket with Atlassian to track the automation email processing, as per status.atlassian.com; nothing on radar having issues or outage. !

Hi @Piyush Annadate _ACE Pune_
I did a test with a manual trigger, but nothing was delivered when I opened the ticket. I've received the email from the manual trigger (tested at 6:18pm) around 20 minutes ago (7:07pm)
As @Bill Sheboy mentioned, there's a incident ongoing so I'll monitor that.
Thanks both of you for your support!

Hi @Riccardo Bellitto ,
There was an outage for less time - https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/incidents/8vf49rhh7b23 That's been resolved. I guess within an hour
