When Request arises from the portal, I use to add incident in PagerDuty manually from the PagerDuty sidebar. Now I want to automate this process. I created automation rule. when request arises in Jira, it creates incident in PagerDuty, but unfortunately I have duplicated request in Jira which requester is PagerDuty user.
Any suggestions?
