We have Agents working multiple projects, some of the Agents are assigned for dedicated support we need Balanced Load configuration where in we can define a specific percentage of tickets assignment on a specific Agent's profile.
Currently when I'm configuring Auto-Assigning of tickets it only shows 3 methods:
1. Balanced workload
2. Random
3. Round Robin
Is there a way where I can customize Balanced workload option and configure assignment for specific percentage of tickets to an Agent?
This is not yet configurable in Automation for Jira as of now
