We noticed that the Ticket Activity History shows when an automation updates a ticket, but it does not indicate which automation rule performed the action. Would it be possible to include the automation rule name in the activity history? This would greatly help with troubleshooting and identifying the source of ticket changes.
While the Automation History is available under More Fields, it appears to only show the most recent automation executions (around 10 entries). Having the automation rule name directly in the activity history would make it much easier to investigate issues, especially for older updates.
That would make WAAAAYYYY too much sense!!
lol, I want the same thing too. I created a custom field 'Triggered Automation' and add the smart value {{rule.name}} to all of my Automation Rules. Then it shows up in the ticket History. Not quite as elegant but gets the job done so I know the rule and the time it triggered.

Welcome to the community.
@Alan Bruce offers a good work around, as your requirement is not possible.
What does worry me is the amount of rule triggered on a single work item in yoor screenshot.
Current rules (flows) might need to be reconfigured or combined, to have less automated activity on a single work item
