Automation question: when a new ticket is created in Project A, can we automatically have it create the same ticket in Project B using automation?

Hi @Ricardo Rodrigues

Of course you can. Here's an example of how to do it:

Keep in mind that

  • The rule should be created in Project A
  • "Game development" is Project B
  • Apart from summary and description, you can copy any other field.
  • The actor of this rule, should be able to create and edit issues on Project B

Let me know if that helps.

Alex

I am attempting to do the same as this original inquiry:  create a task and automatically create it within another project.  I see you screenshot of the "automation" steps.  How does one get to this "automation" screen to be able to set these?
