Automatically creating subtasks

Hi All.

Every time an issue is created, I would like 5 subtasks to be added to it, I've tried the "Create Sub-task" option in Automation, but it creates the Sub-tasks outside of the Newly created issue, making them new issues.

How can solve this using automation,

Subtask will be new issue but it linked with its parent ,so when you open the parent task you can all subtask associated with it.
