Hi, so my job as an auditor wanna leverage JIRA for audit implementation evidence submission system that automatically create form when i create issue with specific label (ex. need evidence) and due date applied.
I want due date on the form is automatically populated based on due date that i created on issues, the goal is:
Create Issue (with due date) -> Automatically Create Form to Upload implementation evidence (with due date & attachment form) -> Another Assignee submit the evidence (attachment files) -> Checking the evidence submission -> If the evidence is conform then i will change it to Done, if not it will automatically remind the assignee to submit another evidence again.
