Automatic response doesn't match the (supposedly) corresponding template

The thing is that the text shown doesn't match the template in:

Project > Project settings > Customer notifications > Notifications > Customer-visible status changed > Edit, which is:

Are the first type of automatic notification and the second one different?

How could I change the template for the first one?
