Automated response when users reply to email notifications instead of in Jira

Hi,

 

I am wondering if there is a way to send an automated email when a customer replies to an email notification regarding an update on their ticket. On our email notifications there is a message telling customers to not reply to this email and to use Jira, but still they reply to it. If there was a way to respond with an email like "Please reply on Jira only" that would be great.
