Autofill location (address) of maintenance issue?

Can a field be created to auto fill a physical address as the customer or agent is filling out a new request?

eg in the Maintenance template there is a Maintenance location field however it is free text and not an address field, how can i turn this into an address field? Preferably a clickable link to bring up a map?

On Jira Service Management, currently, the information about customers is limited to full name and email address. 

With this said, it’s not possible to store more information about them and show it while they create tickets. Also, the forms don’t work dynamically, so admins would have to add some fields and customers would have to manually add the details. 

There are feature requests suggesting improvements for that:

• Ability to store additional information about customers
• Use of dynamic fields on forms
